Yamunotri tour Package

Yamunotri marks the beginning of the revered Char Dham Yatra, a sacred pilgrimage journey that holds great significance for Hindus. Nestled at a lofty altitude of 3,293 meters above sea level, Yamunotri is situated in the Uttarkashi district of the picturesque state of Uttarakhand, India.
Yamunotri is celebrated for its pristine environment and natural wonders, particularly its hot springs. These geothermal springs are so remarkably hot that they can cook rice, and this consecrated rice, known as Prasad, is offered to all the visiting devotees.

To embark on this spiritual odyssey to Yamunotri, travelers typically set out from a place called Dharasu, located between Rishikesh and Uttarkashi. The route then leads to the sacred Yamunotri. Alternatively, pilgrims can also reach this holy site via Mussoorie and Barkot.

The peak season for the Yamunotri Tour Yatra falls in May and June, attracting a multitude of devotees from all corners. This hallowed destination serves as the birthplace of the sacred river Yamuna, making the Yatra not only a deeply religious journey for Hindus but also an experience that transcends religious boundaries, offering a profound sense of tranquility.
