Badrinath and Kedarnath Tour Package (6N / 7D)
The Badrinath Kedarnath Tour Package offers a remarkable journey to the sacred destinations of Badrinath and Kedarnath Dham, extending a warm welcome to Chardham pilgrims. This pilgrimage, an essential component of the Chardham Yatra Package, holds great significance in Hindu tradition. Many in the Hindu community believe that a Char Dham pilgrimage is symbolic of achieving Moksha, a state of liberation from the cycle of birth and death. You can find detailed information about the Kedarnath-Badrinath tour package, Badrinath Kedarnath Yatra, images of these revered places, and more.
Kedarnath, situated at a lofty altitude of 3,580 meters above sea level, is home to the illustrious Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and a pivotal element of the Kedarnath-Badrinath Yatra. In the temple's courtyard, you'll find a towering statue of Nandi, Lord Shiva's devoted vehicle. Kedarnath boasts several sacred kunds, with Shiva Kund being the most significant. Among them, there is a notable Kund with water of a striking red hue, aptly named Rudhir Kund. The entire Kedarnath valley is ensconced by snow-clad peaks on three sides, creating a breathtaking panorama. Nearby, two famous destinations await exploration: the Mandakini Glacier and Gandhi Sarovar.
In the realm of Do Dham Yatra, the Badrinath Temple is another remarkable gem. Nestled in the embrace of the Nar and Narayan peaks, with the majestic Neelkanth peak in the backdrop, this shrine is one of the five Badris. As the most prominent and revered among them, it is also affectionately known as Badri Vishal. Legend has it that the 8th-century philosopher Adi Guru Shankaracharya established this temple to strengthen the bond between Hindu devotees and constructed four pilgrimages in the four cardinal directions of India. This visionary effort allows pilgrims from across the nation to traverse the entirety of India through the Chardham Yatra.
